Xandrea Jewelry is open from 10 AM to 9 PM, Monday to Thursday, and from 10 AM to 10 PM, Friday to Sunday.

Store is located at U.P. Town Center, Katipunan Ave, Diliman, Quezon City.

What forms of payment are accepted?

The store accepts GCash, debit, credit, and cash payments.

Yes, a layaway program is available, though discounts do not apply and items are released upon full payment. The options are as follows:

  • 20% deposit of the item’s price
  • 3-month payment plan for purchases of ₱50,000 and above
  • 6-month payment plan for purchases of ₱100,000 and above
  • 12-month payment plan for purchases of ₱300,000 and above

Installments can only be arranged through the customer’s own bank.

What types of jewelry are available?

A brand book is available for reference, showcasing the jewelry selection.

Yes, GIA-certified diamonds are available.

The store provides dupe customization services with a waiting period of 2-3 months.

Does the store offer jewelry repair services?

At this time, jewelry repair services are not available.

Yes, ring sizing services are offered for a fee.

What is the return policy?

Xandrea follows a no-return policy. However, if an item is damaged, repairs can be arranged for a fee.
